Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

A: For covid-safe purposes we require all members to bring their own drink bottle, towel and mask for the duration of the time inside the club. If you forget to have these items on you; club reception will have stock readily available for purchase.

Vaccination?

A: For covid-safe purposes through government mandates passed down onto our business we are required to gather your vaccination status (single or double vaccinated). Please upload your status to https://www.anytimefitness.com.au/prepare-for-reopening/.

Unvaccinated?

A: Please contact the club directly through email as to your status and we will ensure that you do not lose out on any opportunity to be a part of our community as we hope you understand the very delicate situation we are in as a business. If there are valid medical exemptions available to you and you would like to use the club, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Otherwise as an unvaccinated member you will have no financial risk ($0 freeze of membership until the government mandate passes) upon reopen as long as you communicate it to us at your earliest.
